A few weeks ago, I had the opportunity to sit down with Bill Bramhall, one of our members. He spent many years in Iowa as a part of a church where fasting was part of their culture. They frequently fasted over big decisions corporatley and individually. I thought his insight was very valuable and wanted to pass on a short clip of our conversation.

Funny thing, yesterday my wife and i feel we got an answer or maybe direction from the Lord during our midday fast. I never thought about fasting that way before. Thanks for the wisdom!
